Please put me on the record as a very satisfied customer! As a loyal customer to Mower MD, I appreciate their outstanding service and would like to pass along my story.
Last year, my family moved out of our familiar neighborhood where I knew where to go for machine repairs and into Copley where we knew nothing about the area business. The lawn at the new house desperately needed to be mowed. After a few passes the lawn mower died. I panicked! The last time I had the mower repaired, it was in the shop for 5 weeks. What an impression we were about to make on the neighborhood. I had driven past Mower MD on Rt. 18 and I decided to give them a call. The representative who answered the phone offered to pick the mower up at the house or I could drop it off. He was upfront with the tiered pricing system and I was impressed by the reasonable estimate. I decided to take it right in and I had it back in 48 hours. They did a complete tune-up and cleaned the carburetor. When I dropped it off, I had mentioned that I had just replaced the spark plug so after they did the work, the service technician gave me the plug to hang onto in case I needed it.
Thanks to Mower MD, my 8 year-old lawnmower runs like it is brand new! More importantly, I know that if I have a problem, they are in the neighborhood. I will continue to use Mower MD for maintenance and repairs on our mower and our snow blower. I highly recommend your staff to anyone who asks! They are well trained, courteous and treat people like family. Keep up the good work!
